How do you sustain the making?
The middle is where projects die. Momentum matters more than inspiration. Build a rhythm, protect the studio, ignore perfect and pursue finished.

- 01What's your minimum daily engagement (30 min? 2 hrs?) — and when?
- 02What decisions have you already made so you don't re-decide them each day?
- 03Where are you stuck — technique, concept, energy, or logistics?
- 04Who sees the work in progress and gives useful feedback?
Small practices
- Batch similar tasks (all under-drawings, then all colour passes).
- Keep a 'parking lot' list for tangential ideas so they don't derail the current piece.
- Take a full day off per week — burnout costs more than it saves.

The finished unit is one daf — one passage, fully realised — not the whole reader. Build it the way a printer sets a page: type first, then margins, then ornament, then interaction. Resist the urge to generalise before the single page is right. If the one daf works, the system follows; if it does not, no framework will save it. Keep the file small enough that the argument is legible in the source.
